TRANSFORMATION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL STYLE
Transformation of the villa in Alkent 2000, Istanbul from California style into Minimal-Loft style.
Several architectural and interior architectural spatial and structural interventions are made in the 590m2 villa located in a 5-donum garden area. Style change is made with all its style, use and visual quality from the facade to inner places, from the pool to garden and terraces.

TRANSFORMATION
NOVEL, DIFFERENCE
Environment planning of the villa is enlarged in a manner to provide full advantage to the family. A small square is made in the entrance facade and a parking area is opened for the cars of the guests. Terrace sunbathing and living spaces are enlarged and the borders thereof are emphasized by forming different platforms. Sharp corner bays of the pool are closed; it is intended to have longer enjoyable times by applying a different platform area with a height of 14 cm and stairs therein. In addition to Japan gardens, vegetable and fruit gardens are also formed inside the garden.
PERSONAL STYLE
Thematic style of the villa is designed in a manner to reflect the personality and taste of the householders. The spiral stairs in front of the entrance hall occupy a lot of space in the place. Stairs is taken to a different shaft and an additional clerestory is formed in the place. This additionally formed clerestory is added to the bed suite as the male and female walk-in closet. Fixed window openings facing the pool front are enlarged and feeling of height and comfort is strengthened.
MINIMAL-VINTAGE STYLE
A separate working and library area is added in the common area formed as TV room. TV unit, sofa, worktable and library designed as embedded are specially produced. Minimal-vintage style is driven forward with white brick panels and digital wall panel
LOFT CONSTRUCTION
In Loft concept, the construction is designed with its exposed concrete floor, Marble Island and table, shiny cupboard doors and industrial battery. Walk-in cooler and deepfreeze with a size that will serve crowded invitations and parties become the complementary detail of the construction with its door specially designed and produced door in the kitchen.
SOCIAL EMOTION
The place, which was previously used as storage, is turned into a professional bar by considering all its functions and details. This place is designed with a capacity of serving 60 / 70 guests simultaneously with its music broadcast power, DJ sets, robot lights, service devices and storage areas. Loft style is driven forward in this place, as well.
LOFT SUITE
Industrial style balance is driven forward in the bedroom, as well. Open plan architecture, which is the main feature of the loft style, open construction of the bathtub in front of the terrace and use of the shower bath and sink with the same construction provide a feeling of complete freedom.
